Very good. To report only a small issue with missing hot water.
Great for the price, like a hotel, big rooms, wifi and free netflix, free cleaning service every day, towels and some toiletries provided. The bad downside we had was the bad smells coming out of the toilet which would get in the room. Not very pleasant to the nose... but the price and everything else made up for it. Also not great breakfast service, as if you went later they had less food available than if you went really early.
The rooms were clean, nice and comfortable beds. Good internet service. The staff was helpful.. the extra service given was excellent.. passed way far more than i expected.. definately would choose this hotel more often..
After a month of backpacking Mexico and aiming to stay in places under $20, we found this amazing hotel. Showers are hot, the beds are comfortable, the room was spotless when we walked in and the A/C works perfectly. The staff is friendly, They provide breakfast, clean towels and clean the room everyday. If you have a Netflix account you can sign in to watch all of your own shows or just use the Roku to browse through YouTube on a 32-inch flat screen. This was a welcome escape from staying in hot rooms or tents (for the same price) for the last month. We will definitely return on our way back north. Best Western should take notes.

There is no kitchen for guest use, just so you know. In case, you're budget traveling and like to cook your own food. Otherwise, everything was great.
